PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent action by a molester by a method wherein a plastic sheet wound on a roll is housed inside a box and pulled out at a slit-shaped takeoff port formed on the box to be wrapped around a user's body. ;SOLUTION: This molester preventing device comprises a box 1 having a role of plastic sheet 2 housed therein. Inside the box 1, the plastic sheet 2 rolled on a roll 3 is housed and a slit-shaped takeoff port 4 is formed on one side of the box 1. The length of the takeoff port 4 exceeds the width of the plastic sheet 2. A stopper 11 is attached to the end part of the plastic sheet 2 coming out of the takeoff port 4 of the box 1 to prevent the plastic sheet 2 from being housed completely into the box 1.
