PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection of personal rating points and reflected amount by a mathematical expression and related factors by setting the ability sum of a person to be rated before a salary increase and a past bonus result sum to be the variables of reflected amount calculation and adjusting and calculating the increase range of the ability sum and a bonus. ;SOLUTION: Reflected adjustment calculation is a target function and the calculation processing of an expression Hj=Zj+(f(Kj, Tj)-Zj) Sh is executed. In the expression (j) is item data of the person (j) to be rated, Hj is the reflected sum, Zj is a first term sum, Kj is a reference sum, Tj is the rating point and f(Kj, Tj) is a rating reflected function, Sh is the reflected adjusting factor, Zj is the first term, summer or winter bonus of the person (j) to be rated or the ability allowance before the rise, Kj is one pay item which has strong seniority element such as an age, the number of service years, a basic pay, for example. A function f(kj, Tj) sets the expression f(Kj, Tj)=(Kj-Kc) (Tj-Tc)Xc/100 in such a case.
