PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-proof mechanical pipe coupling and a corrosion-proof mechanical pipe connecting structure, capable of easily performing pipe inserting and connecting work and capable of sufficiently performing corrosion-proof sealing of the pipe end, in a core mounted-type corrosion-proof mechanical pipe coupling. ;SOLUTION: This corrosion-proof mechanical coupling is provided with a mechanical connecting part 3 on the end 18 of a metallic coupling main body 1, the coupling main body 1 in which an inner surface resin coated layer 12 is formed on the inner peripheral surface other than the end of the coupling main body 1, and a core body for covering the pipe end surface by being mounted on the inner surface on the end of a lining steel pipe P are provided. The core body 4 is provided with a flange part 42 having the diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the lining steel pipe P, a pipe outer surface sealing packing 2 capable of being extended and contracted in the pipe radial direction is mounted on the inner surface of the inner surface resin coated layer 12 of the pipe coupling main body 1, and the inside diameter tip of a lip 22 of the pipe outer surface sealing packing 2 is pressed to the outside diameter of the flange 42 of the core body 4 and pressed to a center projecting line 121 of the inner surface resin coated layer 12 of the coupling main body 1 when the lining steel pipe P in which the core body 4 is mounted is inserted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
