PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect an antigen/antibody in a biological liquid with high sensitiveness by means of a simple operation. ;SOLUTION: This aggregation testing plate is provided with a plurality of holes whose bottom part cross sections are formed into V-shapes, Ushapes, or their variations. In this plate, avidin, streptoavidin, or each of their derivatives is stuck on the inside surface of the bottom part of each of the holes. After a biotin labeled antigen/antibody is allowed to react with avidin, streptoavidin, or each of their derivatives adhering to the holes in the plate, each hole is filled with tested biological liquid. In addition, a grain type immobilized antibody/antigen is added, and an aggregation reaction is observed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
