PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to lead the visually disabled person even if there is no unevenness in flooring by bringing a stick equipped with a code reader on the front end thereof near to the surface of the flooring having one or more code patterns to read out the code. SOLUTION: Code pattern can be obtained by sticking seals with printing, copy or code pattern on the surface of a flooring main body to get the visually disabled person leading flooring 3, and the code pattern represents a signal for operating a signal output device. Then, when the visually impaired having a walking stick 18 equipped with a code reader 15 on the front end thereof and the signal output device 17 inside thereof walks on a floor of the flooring 3 while bringing it near to the flooring 3, the code pattern 16 on the flooring 3 is read out by the code reader 15, the signal output device 17 is operated by the information to be obtained, and the visually disabled person is directly or indirectly led and warned.
