PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electronically operate intelligent possesions, to attain global, social, areal, organizational, and personal models in knowledge society and to manage/ operate these models because standardization, the electronization of past possesions, the definition of terms, the meaning processing of multi-media information, etc., in an information system based on Japanese are not solved. SOLUTION: At the time of aiming at the origin of personal or organizational action, terms in its area, mutual relation and the action are surely provided with periodicity. The period of the action is linked with models in a global model architecture information system(GMAIS), reviewed and learned in each delimiter such as planning, experimental value collection, analysis, edition, and evaluation, these learned results are accumulated as intelligent resources and possesions and applied to social infrastructure to construct a social system.
