PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an airtightness between a floor beam and a floor board, and prevent outdoor cold air from coming by furnishing an airtightness film from the upper surface of the floor board to the outside surface of the floor beam, and allowing a sealing member to be held between the faced floor beams. ;SOLUTION: A building units A1, A2 having a floor part formed of floor beams 1, 1 and floor boards 3, 3 is fabricated by setting the floor beams opposite to each other. In the unit building, an airtightness film 13 is overspread from the upper surface of the floor board 3 of the building unit floor part to the outside surface of the floor beam 1. In addition, between the faced floor beams 1, a seal member 11 is held which consists of a foam body having a retardative shape recoverability; then a shape of the foam body is permitted to recover to fill a space facing the floor beams 1. In this construction, and airtightness is enhanced between the floor beam 1 and the floor board 3 so that outdoor cold air can be precluded from coming therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
