PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a dish of Tricholoma matsutake prepared in a form of packed steaming without a container such as an earthenware teapot and materials for the dish and to provide a method producing them. ;SOLUTION: A seasoning solution is prepared from a soup, rice wine, salt and soy sauce as materials for Tricholoma matsutake steamed in an earthenware teapot, mixed with an edible food such as agar or gelatin solidifying at a low temperature and melting in a heated state, cooled, solidified and ground into small pieces to give a solid seasoning material 4. Pieces 2 of Tricholoma matsutake, chicken, ginkgo nut, a cut paste made from arrowroot starch, bamboo shoot and other ingredients 3 such as seasonal vegetables are cooked and heated by the same seasoning solution, cooled, mixed and adjusted to make a content ingredient. The ingredient is wrapped with a pastry 1 for packed steaming obtained by kneading and rolling grain flour (wheat flour or rice flour). A bond part is pressed and the bottom of the wrapped ingredient is covered with a bottom paper 5 containing a spice (methyl cinnamate) so as not to bond under heating.
