PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage by integrally mounting a disaster-preventing guard cap and cloak and each protector on purpose of protecting a waist and a neck, housing them integrated compactly in a subhousing part inside of the main body of a bag on one's back and mounting this in the state of being freely taken in/out so as to protect one's body against a missile, a burn and wind/rain. ;SOLUTION: A buffering plate consisting of plural elastic bodies is provided inside of the guard cap to be wrap-fixed. An optional shape of buffering plate consisting of plural elastic bodies is internally provided and fixed to a neck part protector 2. A cloak housing bag 3 is fixed to its outer and lower part to house the cloak fixed with one piece inside and a mask 4 is sewed to the ends of a rear part. A dividing board 9 is fixed to the inside of a bag main body 6, a housing part 7 is provided at a front part, the subhousing part 8 is provided at a rear part, a back board 14 having a reverse-U-shaped opening part 17 the inner/outer side surfaces of which is adhered to a hard flat board with an optional cloth is fixed to the back surface of the rear part, a combined and fixed board is overlapped and fixed to the center of an upper part, and a combining belt 5 is fasten-fixed to the board with a screw E.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
