The method include fixing metal panels (4) to a frame and being covered with a rendering (6) on one side of the panels. The panels are made of corrugated or ridged sheets which are perforated or covered with holes (5). The holes are positioned and shaped to ensure that the rendering is firmly anchored to the panels (4) when it is spray applied. The percentage of holes in the panels is between fifteen and fifty percent.
