The present invention relates to a new floor insulation material and a method for manufacturing the same, which can maximize durability stability and thermal efficiency by preventing cracking and settlement of a floor insulation layer applied to an apartment slab layer and an ondol floor.;When the mixing ratio of the materials and the materials proposed in the present invention is used, it is possible to prevent cracking and settlement of the floor insulation layer as well as to minimize heat loss and to make a considerable contribution in improving the durability of the apartment .
