The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional food using pine needle powder and pine needle juice. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing functional foods such as gum, candy, candy, biscuit, bread, and staple which contain pine needle as a main ingredient beneficial to our health.;In other words, fresh pine leaves were cleanly washed, and the tough fiber of the pine needle was completely pulverized and powdered by three times of drying and pulverization to help digestion and absorption. Here, the fresh pine leaves juice is crushed together with clean water so as to keep the pale fragrance of the pine leaves, and then mixed with the pine needle powder to prepare the functional food.;In particular, in order to prevent destruction of nutrients of the pine needle, the present invention is dried at a temperature of 40C or lower, pulverized and powdered. Here, pine pine is a granular product which is dried at 40C or below by mixing pine needles juice with pine needle powder and pine needle powder to pine pine juice with water to add excellent nutrients of pine needles. And that it can be easily ingested without loss of its inherent constituents.
