The device is designed for examining wear resistance and resistance to motion of elements operating in the three-rollers-cone arrangement. It contains the engine-driven spindle with the tested element and the control and measurement system, consisting of parallel circuits. Unique characteristics: The drive of the engine (1), powered from the controller (28), is transmitted to the spindle (15) through the clutch with the damping insert (16). The countersample (2), in the form of a cone, is fixed in the bottom part of the spindle (15). The countersample is in contact with the rollers mounted in the yoke (4), secured in the grip (5) and pressed against the countersample (2) with the lever (7), through the push rod (10), the sleeve (12) and the base (13). The lever (7) is loaded with the weights (8), suspended on the suspension (9). The lever (7) has the counter-balance (11) fixed to the left side. The grip (5), connected to the resistance-to-motion transducer (6), is equipped with the thermo-element, located centrally in the bottom part of the cylindrical section. The control and measurement system (U) consists of three parallel circuits (O1+O3). Their outputs are connected in series, through the computer connection (29), to the interface (30) and the computer (31). The input of the first circuit (O1) is connected to the resistance-to-motion transducer (6). The circuit consists of the serially connected amplifier (18), analogue-to-digital transducer (19) and impulse counter (20). The input of the second circuit (O2) is connected to the rotational speed sensor (17). The circuit consists of the serially-connected receiver (21), amplifier (22) and impulse counter (23). The input of the third circuit (O3) is connected to the thermo-element (14). The circuit consists of the serially connected amplifier (24), analogue-to-digital transducer (25) and impulse counter (26). Moreover, the device is equipped with the controlling circuit (O4), consisting of the serially-connected analogue-to-digital transducer (27) and the power supply controller (28). The input of the controlling circuit (04) is connected in series, through the computer connection (29), to the interface (30) and the computer (31). The output of the controlling circuit (O4) is connected to the driving engine (1).
