PURPOSE:To obtain a bottle whose mouth part is tilt without providing a deforming part such as bellows, by a method wherein a premolded body whose central axis of a main body and the mount part is tilt is formed and biaxially oriented blow molding of the same is performed. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin is injected within a cavity 25 through a runner 24 for molding. After injection molding an obtained premolded body is taken out by pulling out a core mold 23 and second mold 22. Then a premolded product is mounted within an orienting blow mold 30. The orienting blow mold 30 possesses a mold body 31, the bottom 32 of the mold, a mouth part holding mold part 33 and an orienting core 34. The mold body 31 possesses a cavity in a form of a bottle body which is to be formed through biaxially oriented blow molding. A main body 1 of the premolded body is expanded through gas injected through an orienting rod 25 and molded into a form 36 after the inside of the mold body 31. A bottle body 40 obtained through the biaxially oriented blow molding is held within a vessel 41 made of paper. The vessel 41 made of the paper possesses a slope 42 on the upper part and the slope 42 is provided with an opening part 43.
