PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the defect of the conventional stocking-holder shape that the threads of stocking undergoes excessive resistance and the shape part for the stocking holder must be changed with a new one, when the stockings produced are found to cause fluctuation in their dimension and/or length. SOLUTION: The improved stocking-holder shape comprises two contouring flat elements 1 that can be stretched apart under control, wherein each of the flat elements is provided in correspondence of the respective outer side, with a flexible and elastic body 2 which has one end fixed 20, at the level of the front portion 10 of the flat element. The other end 21 is made free so as to allow for the elastic yielding thereof and the movement of the free end 21 close to the side of the flat elements 1.
