PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cooling water during cutting operation of a side wall from falling down or being scattered by forming a side surface as L-shaped so as to be opposed to the outside surface of a side wall of an elevated highway and forming the cross section of a water receiver as in L-shaped so that an opening side may be joined with an exterior wall of the side wall and a floor area. ;SOLUTION: The shape of a side wall surface is L-shaped so that it may be opposed to a side wall 4 of an elevated highway 1 and the outside surface of a floor surface 3, thereby forming an L-shaped water receiver in cross section so that an opening side may be joined with the side wall 4 and an exterior wall of the floor surface 3. This water receiver 8 is laid out in a spot which is scheduled to be cut off. The opening side is arranged to be Joined with the side wall 4 and the exterior wall of the floor 3 and fixed in such a joined state, thereby supporting the water receiver 8 with an arm 7 extending from a crane car. As a result, the water receiver 8 receives falling water or scattered water on the outside surface of the side wall 4 out of cooling water supplied to a cutting area during cutting work by a diamond blade 5 of a concrete cutter car so that the water may be collected on the bottom of a floor opposed area 11 where the water is drained to an outside drain facility by way of a hose 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
