In this case, arithmetic is performed on the coefficients a1...an of quantities (n) in a random number sequence, and linear conversion to be shown by BK= MXQk/Qmax, wherein Qk=nSIGMA/j=1ajPktj-1, aj=1/j!.1/2j.1.3.5..., (j=1, 2...n) is performed, and the time series Q(Q1, Q2,...Qn) of a 1/f value are formed.
