PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a compressor electric motor by a method wherein, during heating, an outdoor blower is stopped under a given condition, in an inverter type air-conditioner. ;SOLUTION: An inverter type air-conditioner comprises an outdoor blower 1, an air-cooled type outdoor heat-exchanger 2, a compressor electric motor 3, a control base board 4 for controlling an electric equipment load, heat generating parts 5a, 5b, and 5c in a control part, a heat sink 6 making contact with the heat generating parts and having a radiation effect, and a temperature detector 7 positioned on the heat sink 6 and detecting the temperatures of the heat generating parts. During heating, the outdoor blower 1 is stopped on condition of a output frequency to the compressor electric motor 3 and the detecting temperature of the temperature detector 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
