Mixture texture is martensite containing Ac3 parameter =920-203C+44.7Si+31.5Mo-30Mn-11Cr+40 Al-15.2Ni+104V+40Ti, internal hardness of HRC 22-47 of a gear, a carbonization quenching effective cured layer depth of 0.3mm or more, a carbonization quenching surface layer grain oxidation layer depth of 10m, or less, non- carbonization part internal texture having 10-50area% ferrite, and partially containing remaining bainite an /or a residue r.
