PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a price calculation system for respective houses of a multiple dwelling house or the like with which the selection or the calculation of actual house price can speedily be performed while freely selecting the installed equipment, furniture and interior specification or the like provided in every house of the multiple dweilling house, etc., correpsonding to the needs of a customer. ;SOLUTION: Among the standard installed equipment, furniture and interior specification provided for every house of the multiple dwelling house or the like for which the prices are stored in a standard facility price storage emans 2, the items unnecessary for the customer are designated for every house. Then, an arithmetic means 4 calculates the price of the house for each house by subtracting the price of unnecessary installed equipment, furniture and interior specification or the like from the reference plan price stored in a reference plan price storage means 3, and an output means 5 outputs the price of the house for every house.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
