PURPOSE: To provide an alpha plus beta titanium alloy matrix composite having high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance, and high elastic modulus, and to provide titanium alloy materials for various products, and titanium alloy products. ;CONSTITUTION: A boride powder is mixed with an alpha plus beta titanium alloy powder by about 5-20vol.%, and the resulting powder mixture is compacted, heated, and sintered, by which the alpha plus beta titanium alloy matrix composite in which an acicular or granular TiB compound is crystallized in a matrix can be produced.
