PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting system using a CAD supporting system capable of inputting room layout for extending and rebuilding part only, setting a finish schedule, making cost estimation and preparing a written estimate in correspondence to housing reform. ;SOLUTION: This building reform CAD cost-estimation system is equipped with input device 1, indication device 3, CAD device 2 for making room layout description, extending and rebuilding part indiction and finish item presentation, a cost-estimation device 5 necessary for a cost estimate, figure file 4 for storing figure information on the room layout mentioned above, cost-estimate file 6 for storing various kinds of estimate results outputted from the cost-estimation device mentioned above and trade file 7 for storing a work title and finish name decided in advance, and an estimation/written estimate is prepared for an extending/or rebuilding part only by designating the extending/or rebuilding part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
