SQUEEZING DEVICE ATTACHED WITH CHEVRON MALE/FEMALE BITING PRESS BOARD PROVIDED WITH SQUEEZING HOLE FOR EXCRETA SQUEEZING MACHINE, SQUEEZING AMOUNT ADJUSTING DEVICE USING THE SAME AND CLEANING DEVICE FOR PRESS SURFACE OF SQUEEZING HOLE
PURPOSE: To obtain a squeezing mechanism constant in squeezing capacity and a structure capable of minizing durable consumable parts by attaching a chevron press-surface cleaning press board provided with a squeezing hole for discharging squeezing litter to the upper part of the entrance/exit of a discharging press board of a squeezing tube. CONSTITUTION: Litteer are pressurizing and moved to a moving press board 7 by a movable hydraulic cylinder to squeeze excreta between chevron press boards 9 having male/female squeezing holes and drained from a passage for discharging the chevron press board and an outer passage of the squeezing tube to a storage tank under the squeezing machine. Synchronously with the movement of the moving press board 7 and the blocking of a throw-in port of the squeezing tube, a throwin hopper press board is returned so as to open a throw-in tank. The litter from which excreta is squeezed is moved to a discharging port for the squeezing tube and litter by a moving hydraulic cylinder 11. While the chevron press surface provided with the squeezing holes is cleaned with the squeezing litter discharging board by a discharging hydraulic cylinder 14 and lowered, and litter is discharged from the squeezing tube, and the discharging board is returned.
