PURPOSE: To enable a slip sheet to be corrected, additionally written, and reused and shortened in keying time for account settlement at a register counter by forming a heat sensing layer which changes in transparency or color tone reversibly with heat as a display part over the entire surface or on a part of it. ;CONSTITUTION: A heat sensing layer which changes in transparency or hue reversibly with heat is provided as the display part over the entire surface or on a part of it, and at the display part, at least one of menu, ordered article, quantity, unit price, and total amount is displayed and/or additionally written, canceled, or rewritten by a card reader writer (reader device). Namely, a colored layer or metal thin-film layer 3 is provided on, for example, a base 4 and a reversible heat sensing recording layer 2 and a protection layer 1 are provided thereupon. A magnetic recording layer 5 may be provided on the reverse surface. Otherwize, the magnetic recording layer 5 may be provided between the reversible heat sensing recording layer 2 and colored layer or metal thin-film layer 3.
