PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output of only a waveform shaping signal of a main signal by not outputting the waveform shape signal even when a noise component of an input signal is high. ;SOLUTION: A capacitor 18 holds a voltage in response to a peak level of noise of an input signal 100, a noise elimination threshold voltage 300 is generated from the voltage and given to a comparator 23. Thus, when the noise level gets higher, since the noise elimination threshold voltage 300 gets higher and the comparator 23 cuts off an AND circuit 24 while receiving the noise component of the input signal 100, a signal to set an RS flip-flop corresponding to the input of the main signal of the input signal 100 outputted from a comparator 21 is not given to the RS flip-flop, then a waveform shaping signal of the noise component is not outputted from the RS flip-flop 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
