摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a laser oscillation device which is simple structure, economical, stable in frequency, and capable of carrying out a frequency sweep at a high speed. ;CONSTITUTION: The pressure and temperature of gas 14 inside a pressure vessel 12 are measured by a gas pressure.temperature measuring section 16 while a laser oscillation device oscillates at an initial prescribed frequency and other frequencies. The pressure under which gas has a constant refractive index is calculated by a personal computer 24 from the measured temperatures and pressures, the gas is controlled in pressure by a pressure controller 18 from the calculated pressure so as to keep the laser oscillation device oscillating at a required frequency. A pressure corresponding a sweep frequency is calculated by a personal computer from the pressure and temperature of gas measured by the gas pressure.temperature measuring section 16, gas is changed in pressure by the pressure controller 18 from the obtained pressure, and a frequency selection element 34 and an oscillator 10 are corrected on an angle of selection and length synchronizing with the above change respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
