PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of a heat pump and to reduce a running cost. SOLUTION: A water tank 3 is constructed of a plurality of division water tanks 3A, 3B and 3C out of which the division water tank 3C on the takeout side has a takeout port 1 and the division water tank 3A on the return side a return port 2 and of a connecting part 7 which connects the division water tanks 3A, 3B and 3C in a plurality and circulates water from the division water tank 3A on the return side to the division water tank 3C on the takeout side sequentially, and a hot water takeout port 6 for taking out hot water returned from the return port 2 as hot supply water or a heat source for heating is provided in the upper part of the division water tank 3A on the return side.
