PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ the pulling construction method by installing a rail over the whole length of a slope ground for planned construction, constructing structures for each portion on the rail in a work house provided at the lower end of the slope ground and lifting them upward in sequence. ;SOLUTION: When a building 12 is constructed in the vertical direction on the slope ground 3, a rail is installed over the whole length of the construction planned slope ground 3, and a roofed work house 4 having a lifting facility such as a truck crane 6 is provided at the lower end of the slope ground 3. Structures 7 for one or several spans are constructed on the rail in the work house 4, and the structures 7 are lifted and moved by a fixed distance along the rail by a steel rod, a wire, a jack 9, and a wire winder while deformations are prevented. Succeeding structures are constructed after the structures 7 are moved, and construction and movement are repeated in sequence to complete the whole target building 12. When this pulling construction method is employed, the building 12 having no deformation and excellent in quality can be constructed in a short construction period at low cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
