PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform a process having AHP(hierarchical analyzing method) incorporated with an absolute evaluating method principally on a one-pair comparison basis by performing an arithmetic process which determines total weight as the degree of importance of each substitute plan of hierarchical structure and outputting the result. ;SOLUTION: A personal computer in use is constituted by connecting a keyboard 2 as an input means and a mouse 3 to a CPU 1 through control parts 4 and 5, connecting an FD(floppy disk) driver 6 for using an FD as a storage medium through an FD control part 7, and connecting a CRT 8 and a printer 9 as output means through connection parts 10 and 11. With inputted data, the arithmetic process is performed which calculates weights by evaluation references by one-pair comparisons and absolute evaluation or quantitative values and determines the total weight obtained by adding all the weights by the evaluation references as the degree of importance of respective substitute plans of the hierarchical structure, and the result is outputted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
