The heat energy machine has oil provided from an oil tank pumped around a hydraulic circuit containing a control valve (6), with a throttle point for heating of the oil and a heat exchanger, for transferring the heat to a heat carrier medium. The control valve has a truncated conical seal (17) cooperating with an annular edge (20) of the valve housing (15), with the oil flow cross-section determined by its relative position, under control of a regulator in dependence on the heating demand.
