FIELD: plant selection, genetics. SUBSTANCE: method is based on crossing genetically marked parents with the following rejection of hybrid species in progeny by marker characters and detection of true haploids among of proposed ones. In order to obtain sufficient amount of haploids for research and practical selection work the source of father parent is the strain preliminary obtained after individual selection from self-pollinated hybrid - strain-analog Stock-6 and markers with genes aBPlR. Haploids were detected by morphological characters. EFFECT: improved method of haploid preparing.
