FIELD: precision measurement of concentration relations. SUBSTANCE: matter to be tested is ground to fine powder. Then uranium is added to some part of the matter; concentration relation is known for basic isotopes of uranium added; basic isotopes prevail. The tablets are formed with similar shapes of sample matter and standard matter. Thickness of tablets excesses over path of fission fragments at matter said. Solid-body track detectors are applied to edge sides of these tablets. Then tablets are irradiated with mixed flux of thermal and resonance neutrons. Shift in isotope relation relatively to natural uranium is judged from measurements of relations of number of tracks of fission fragments for sample and standard, multiplied by relation of γ-quantums 239No for sample and standard. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
