The present invention relates to a waste fluid recovery and new fluid transport system (8). The system has a moving section (10) and a stationary section (60). The moving section 10 has a waste fluid storage device 14 for storing a specific waste fluid 64 and a new fluid storage device 16 for transporting a new specific fluid 68. The fixed section 60 of the system has a waste fluid container 62 that receives a specific waste fluid from the movable waste fluid container 14 and is used to return a new specific fluid 68 to the new movable new container 16 A new fluid container 66 is used. The system 8 is ready for reuse in the moving section 10 of the system 10 by recharging the new fluid 68 into the new fluid container 16 and removing the waste fluid 64 from the waste fluid container 14 All of these actions occur automatically in almost no surveillance.
