The present invention relates to a method for producing an organic waste fermented fertilizer, and more particularly, to a method for producing an organic waste fermented fertilizer, in which rice husk of rice agriculture is mixed with livestock excrement and fermented to remove odor, The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented fermented fertilizer having three elements in a homogeneous state, in particular, an abundance of silicate and various trace element minerals.;In the present invention, 60-65% of crushed rice hulls are crushed to a size of about 10 mesh, and 40-35% of manure waste is mixed with water to adjust the water content to about 65% suitable for aerobic fermentation. The fermentation is carried out for about 20 days and then aged for about 10 days by a conventional fermentation treatment method.
