This specification is directed to a UV-baseceramic paint composition and a method of forming a glasssheet with a UV-base ceramic paint thereon. The methodhas the following steps. A UV-base ceramic paint isapplied to the glass sheet. The UV-base ceramic paintincludes selected ceramic paint components along with, asa new component thereof, finely divided zinc metalpowder. The glass sheet is subjected to UV radiation andthen heated to a temperature which softens the glasssheet sufficiently so that the glass sheet can beformed. The glass sheet and the ceramic paint thereonare engaged with a fiberglass covered forming die to formthe heated glass sheet to a desired shape. The formingdie is removed from engagement with the glass sheet. Thefinely divided zinc metal powder addition to the ceramicpaint is credited with being effective to preventsticking of any of the ceramic paint to the forming die.The glass sheet is cooled to obtain a formed glass sheetwith a ceramic paint thereon.
