the present invention introduces a concept different from the process of implementation of the horizontal and vertical lines, compared to traditional methods in technical drawings.the found involves the use of two rectangles of different sizes (1), (2) of plastic material, with stairs millimetrate.empty in the center and shaped in such a way that they can be positioned ortogonalmente between them and placed between two rows of guide (3) which ensure the orthogonality.the principle of operation is to keep the smallest rectangle (1) within the largest (2) running vertically to perform horizontal linesand with the larger rectangle (2) running between the two lines guide (3) in the horizontal direction to perform the vertical lines in table (4) of the desired size.acts as a support for the lines (1), (2), (3) and a sheet of drawing paper. this solution is simple, practical and economic.
