In the present state of the art the determination of cross-linking, pyridinoline and keratan sulphate in biological fluids is not performed by methods which are available on the market to all laboratory workers. The identification of these analytes mainly takes place during research and investigation by means of very difficult procedures which are not completely error-free and are therefore not reliable. In this description an absolutely novel method which makes use of reactions which have never previously been used, which it is intended to patent, is described.
