COMPOSITION CONTAINING SYNERGIST COMPRISING ULTRAFINE POWDERY SILICA AND CALCIUM SALT, HAVING IMPROVED ANTICAKING AND FLOW PROPERTIES, AND USED FOR REINFORCING THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforcing compsn. for thermoplastic polymers which contains an impact modifier and a synergist comprising ultrafine powdery silica and a specific calcium salt and hence exhibits improved anticaking and flow properties. ;SOLUTION: This compsn. contains (A) at least one impact modifier (e.g. an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin) and (B) a synergist comprising (a) ultrafine powdery silica and (b) at least one calcium salt selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, calcium stearate, and calcium hydroaluminate. The compsn., contg. ingredient A and ingredient B comprising a plurality of compds., exhibits improved anticaking and flow properties and is used for reinforcing thermoplastic polymers. The compsn. can be prepd. only by dry mixing the ingredients with an apparatus which can disperse a fine powder well.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
