PURPOSE: To provide a method for making a cut flower raise water, increasing an amount of water raised in water raising treatment of cut flower, prolonging a life of cut flower after the water raising treatment and actualizing improve ment in quality of a cut flower. ;CONSTITUTION: This device for making cut flower raise water is equipped with a water tank 4 for raising water by immersing at least the cut ends of harvested cut flowers 11 in a chamber 1 capable of adjusting an environmental temperature, a chamber temperature control device 3 for detecting temperature of surrounding air with which leaves, flowers and upper stem parts are brought into contact, a refrigerator unit 2, a control device 9 for detecting and regulating water temperature in the water tank 4 with which lower stem parts are brought into contact and a solenoid valve 10, and a cold water circulating line provided with a cold water device 5 and a cold water tank 6 is connected each water tank 4 so as to provide fixed temperature difference between the surrounding air temperature and the water temperature in the water tank 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
