PURPOSE:To facilitate the action of manipulating a tightening screw, by providing a center disc cap and a peripheral disc cap while forming a peripheral edge of the center disc cap and an internal peripheral edge of the peripheral disc cap in a size, reaching the outer of the wheel tightening screw, and enabling each of these caps to be separately mounted and removed. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral disc cap 2 is mounted by stopping a rim hump part fitting leg 14 and a disc part pressing leg 15 of a stop means 6 to a cap center side stop groove 16 and a disc side stop groove 17 through urging force of a protrusive and recessed elastic ring 18. While a center disc cap 1 is mounted by stopping a fitting piece 8 and a protrusion 9 of a stop means 5 to a wheel mounting screw 3 by urging force of a ring spring 13. By this constitution, handling is facilitated by enabling the tightening screw to be manipulated only by the removal of the center disc cap.
