PURPOSE:To enhance the description capacity, and also, to execute a simple and easily understandable description by describing a definition element group of input propriety information, etc., and an item value check type definition element group with a format having a three hierarchy structure. CONSTITUTION:The hierarchy between definition elements is constituted of three layers of a first hierarchy by an item identifier 20 and a definition element group 30 corresponding to 1 : 1 thereto, a second hierarchy 40 by an item processing condition 50 and a definition element group 60 corresponding to 1 : 1 thereto, and a third hierarchy 70 by a value check expression 80 of an item and a definition element group 90 corresponding to 1 : 1 thereto. In such a way, the defined screen specifications are accumulated in the state of the structure, and a business processing system can execute the processing, based on this accumulated information. With respect to one data item, plural definition elements can be designated in accordance with the condition, and the description capacity can be enhanced.
