PURPOSE: To obtain a catalyst system effective to cyclodehydrogenation of a hydrocarbon in the presence of a small amount of sulfur and having high catalytic stability and to provide a process for catalytically reforming a hydrocarbon using the catalyst system. ;CONSTITUTION: The sulfur resistant reforming catalyst comprises a mixture of a sulfur sensitive reforming catalyst and a sulfur adsorbent.
