PURPOSE: To realize the time division compression method to reduce noise in a reproduced sound caused by loss of synchronization in the simultaneous speech radio equipment adopting the time division compression transmission reception system. CONSTITUTION: In the time division compression method of the simultaneous speech radio equipment, a compression transmission voice of divided one frame is divided and compressed so as to take part of the compression transmission voice of adjacent frames before and after division so that the parts before and after the compression transmission voice of each of frames F1,... are overlapped (redundant part J). Then even when synchropization is lost and the timing of clock pulses CP1, CP2 of the radio equipment of the transmitter side and the receiver side is deviated, no blank of a non-voice period is produced at joints of frames of an expanded reproduction voice.
