摘要

PURPOSE:To achieve cost reduction, to enhance long-time membrane moldability, to obtain the stable adhesive strength with a lead foil and to stabilize electric properties by forming a conductive plastic film from laminate consisting of two kinds of film layers containing specific carbon black. CONSTITUTION:A conductive plastic film is bonded to at least the single surface of a lead or lead alloy foil. The conductive plastic film is composed of a laminate of two kinds of film layers composed of different resin composition which contain 10-50 pts.wt. of carbon black containing both of Ketjenblack EC and acetylene black per 100 pts.wt. of base resin but below 1 and 1 or more in the compounding ratio of acetylene black/Ketjenblack EC. Further, the compounding ratio of acetylene black/Ketjenblack EC in the film layer on the side becoming the bonding surface of the lead or lead alloy foil of the conductive plastic film is set to below 1.
