PURPOSE: To save the initial investment of installations of a machine, etc., and enable the simultaneous culture of many kinds of plants by using a TI packet for the water culture of the plants, and further to stimulate the efficient photosynthesis of the plants, save energy for the transfer of the cultured plants with the flow of water, and increase the yield of the plants per unit area. CONSTITUTION: A TI packet comprising the three layers of an upper layer 6, a middle layer and a lower layer 20 is used. A floating member for fixing plants is used in the middle layer 13 to save the energy for the transfer of the plants, and the transfer of the plants are stably transferred with an excessive flotation-preventing member 4. A magnet 21, etc., are embedded in the bottom of the lower layer 19 to guide the transfer of the plants and accelerate the ionization of the culture solution. The upper layer 6 is provided with a column 1 for attaching a plant support thereto for the stabilization and protection of the plants, a support 2 for attaching a light-shielding cover thereto, a projection 11 for hooking the cover, a magnet 12, etc., on the opposite side, an arm 5 for transferring the plants with a rotator, etc.
