PURPOSE: To provide a carriage in which running on a flat ground or a staircase is possible, belt rollers are hardly grounded even on an uneven road, force is unnecessary for changeover of the running conditions on the flat ground and the staircase, and a folding construction can be easily adopted. ;CONSTITUTION: Belt rollers 8 longer than the width of a staircase are provided in the rear of a carriage. The belt roller 8 is inclined obliquely upward so as to position the rear end of the belt roller 8 upward and rearward against the front end of the belt roller 8 under the condition in which the front wheels 11 and the rear wheels 21 of the dolly are grounded. In addition, the front end of the belt roller 8 is positioned above the grounding position of the rear wheel 21 of the carriage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
