PURPOSE: To provide a centralized history management of various code information including the reservation registration of codes in a personnel information management system which utilizes a computer. ;CONSTITUTION: The personnel information system 16 which operates in the computer 11 consisting of a terminal machine 12 and a printer 13 has a history management processing part 18 which manages histories of respective codes in a code management file 14 and an individual information management processing part 17 which manages individual information by using the code management file 14 generated and controlled by the processing part 18 and an individual information file 15. Therefore, the centralized management of history information to future and past codes can be performed with the code management file 14, and when the professional experience and educational background of individuals are managed for personnel information management, each piece of individual information need not have a profession name, a shool name, etc., fixedly at the time of assignment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
