PURPOSE: To cost effectively and efficiency reduce the NOx in flue gas by heating a heat transfer medium by a heat exchanger disposed in a flue gas path, introducing the heated medium to a vaporizer vessel, vaporizing the aqueous solution of a reducing agent and injecting the vaporized reducing agent aqueous soln. into the flue gas path. ;CONSTITUTION: The heat transfer medium (e.g. air) is heated by bringing the first function surface of the heat exchanger 68 disposed in the flue gas path 20 into contact with the flue gas and bringing the heat transfer medium supplied by a fan 70 into contact with the second function surface of the heat exchanger 68. The heated medium is introduced to the vaporizer vessel 64 where the aqueous solution of the reducing agent supplied to the vaporizer vessel 64 from a tank 50 is vaporized.
