PURPOSE: To clearly visually recognize grains of a fancy veneer, to eliminate generation of bubbles and whitening by disposing two flat glasses on both side surfaces of a fancy veneer backing sheet via adhesive films, laminating and molding them. ;CONSTITUTION: A laminate 1 is formed by disposing, laminating two flat glasses 2, 2 (normal flat plates each having a thickness of 2mm) on both side surface of a fancy veneer backing sheet 3 via polyamide adhesive films 4, 4 (each having a thickness of 80m) to be molded. As the sheet 3, a veneer of camphor tree having a thickness of 0.25mm is used as a fancy veneer, and adhered with nonwoven fabric (pulp, polypropylene fiber as main materials) obtained by coating the veneer with vinyl acetate adhesive by hot press molding (under the conditions of a press temperature of 110C, a press pressure of 8kg/cm2 and a pressing time of 2min).
