PURPOSE: To integrally manage a production work flow and an adhoc work flow by converting a generated logical model into a description form matching a data base management system and generating a mount model, and structuring a data base. CONSTITUTION: For an actual model F1 where plural concepts including the concept of operation handled in organization activity are defined, all concepts handled in the organization activity are made hierarchical including plural basic concepts constituting the organization activity as vertexes. A logical model F3 corresponding to the actual model F1 is generated by applying the defined concepts to a defined sentence pattern. This logical model F3 is converted into the description form matching the data base management system to generate the mount model F4, and the data base is thus structured and optimized F5. Consequently, the production work flow and adhoc work flow in the center of a group can integrally be managed.
